Nicole Grace M.'s work experience starts in 2009 as a Registered Nurse at Anglican Retirement Villages, where they supervised care staff and was responsible for the care and documentation of residents. Nicole Grace then worked as a Nursing Unit Manager at Concord Private Hospital from 2011 to 2016, gaining experience in plastic surgery complications and supporting vulnerable patients. In 2016, they held various nursing roles at different clinics and hospitals, including E4 Health Clinic, Norwest ENT, and Taylor Clinic - Australia.

Moving into marketing, Nicole worked as an Event Marketing Specialist at Venus Concept Australia from 2020 to 2022, managing lead generation, event coordination, and brand awareness. Nicole Grace also served as a Marketing Manager at Mara Aesthetics from 2019 to 2022, overseeing digital and print marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and event promotion. Currently, Nicole is engaged as the General Partnerships Manager at the Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council since 2022. Nicole Grace also collaborates with education providers to attract student members and contributes to member communications through various channels like social media and blogs. Nicole Grace M. has a diverse education history. Nicole Grace completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Australian Institute of Business between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Sydney University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Nicole earned a Diploma of Beauty Therapy from Ella Bache College NSW from 2002 to 2004. In 1998 and 1999, they completed a Business Administration certificate 3 from TAFE NSW. Finally, they obtained their High School Certificate with a focus on Classical Ballet from The McDonald Collage between 1989 and 1996. Nicole is also certified as a Registered Nurse by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, which they obtained in September 2009.
