Tiphany Hall, PhD, MBA

Tiphany Hall, PhD, MBA has held various positions in the past decade, beginning in 2009 with a role as Sam M. Walton Fellow/Internship Coordinator/Professor at NWACC. There, they managed the partnership between Walmart Retail Management Program and NWACC on a student and programming level, and was Associate Faculty in the Retail Management and Computer Information disciplines. In 2011, they moved to SVI, where they served as Director of Business Development and Director of Retail, Client Solutions. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Dillard's Inc. as Corporate Manager, Sales and Education, responsible for strategic direction of training in 300 stores across 26 states and 14 districts. In 2015, they joined Galderma as Associate Director, HCP Training & Education, Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement & Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), and Field Sales Trainer & Senior Account Manager, Aesthetic & Corrective. In 2020, they began working as an Industry Consultant at MTF Biologics, and in 2021 they took on a similar role at RVL Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Most recently, they have been working as Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Record EMR & Practice Management Solution since 2019.

Tiphany Hall began their educational journey at Mississippi State University, where they earned a BBA in Banking and Finance between 2001 and 2005. Tiphany then continued their studies at Arkansas State University, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration between 2008 and 2009. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Management from Northcentral University between 2011 and 2016.
