Jennifer Hagerman

Jennifer Hagerman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Transformation & Strategy at Forum Health since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Optum, where Jennifer held various positions from September 2020 to July 2023, culminating as Vice President of Strategic Programs and Chief of Staff at Optum Rx in 2022. Prior to Optum, Jennifer spent a decade at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, progressing through multiple leadership roles in Education and Quality. Jennifer also contributed to academia as a university lecturer at the University of Michigan-Flint and held various teaching positions at Ferris State University College of Pharmacy from 2004 to 2012. Jennifer completed a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Ferris State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Dynamics at the University of Michigan-Flint.
