Alena D.

Alena D. is an experienced interpreter and educator with a diverse background in language services and teaching. Since February 2022, Alena has been providing English/Portuguese interpretation for Prestige Network Ltd and for The Language Shop Ltd since February 2023. Additional roles include working as a hostess at Aesthetics Event Staff Ltd since November 2021, and previous experience as a taster for Britvic Soft Drinks and a club leader/movie editor for Double Take Movies. Alena began teaching English as a Foreign Language at Pink and Blue Escola de Ingles and Casa Thomas Jefferson, and served as a Portuguese instructor at Berlitz Corporation. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Portuguese Languages and Literature from UniCEUB, an Associate’s degree in Photography and Digital Imaging from Buckinghamshire New University, and completed a short course in Language Interpretation and Translation at the University of Glasgow.
