Gary Pearl

Gary Pearl is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in consultancy and corporate leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at AETHOS Consulting Group since September 2021, Gary transitioned to this role following the acquisition of Seak International, Ltd., where Gary was a founding partner from October 1996 to August 2021. At Seak, Gary specialized in human resources management consulting, supporting business strategy for various global industries. Previously, Gary held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at L&F Products, where involvement in executive decisions included managing worldwide HR initiatives and participating in a significant company merger. Gary holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York College.
