Katia Druzhynina

Katia Druzhynina has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katia is currently working as a Technical Project Manager (EU) at Aetion since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Alira Health from 2020 to 2023 as an IT Business Solutions Project Manager, where they led projects to digitize and integrate processes and technologies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, focusing on digital marketing and eCommerce transformation.

Katia also has experience at UBS, where they worked as a Business Analyst in the Chief Data Office, Asset Management IT from 2016 to 2017. At Credit Suisse, they held multiple roles, including Project Manager in Sales and Trading Services Risk IT from 2015 to 2016, Project Manager in Private Banking IT from 2012 to 2015, and Project Manager in Technology Infrastructure Services from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Morgan Stanley as an Information Security Analyst in 2011, at Geller & Company as an IT Helpdesk Technician in 2010, and at FASHION NEWS WORLD, INC. as a Marketing Services Director from 2006 to 2009. Katia also worked at MinskExpo, JSC as an Assistant Project Manager in 2005.

Katia Druzhynina's education history includes a Master of Artificial Intelligence from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College from 2008 to 2011. In 2002 to 2006, they completed a Bachelor of Law degree at Belarusian State University.
