Michelle Skornicki

Senior Director, Science at Aetion

Michelle Skornicki is an accomplished professional in health economics and outcomes research with extensive experience in healthcare data analytics and policy analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Science at Aetion since May 2018, Michelle has advanced from Senior Scientist to Director of Science, playing a key role in transforming real-world data into credible evidence using the Aetion Evidence Platform®. Prior experience includes positions at Precision Health Economics, where Michelle managed HEOR projects and developed strategies for outcomes evaluation, and roles at Organogenesis, i3Innovus/OptumInsight, MAVERIC, and Shriners Burn Hospital/Boston University, contributing to significant health research initiatives and policy development. Michelle holds an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
