Glen Davis

Glen Davis, MD, MBA, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Aetna Better Health of Illinois, overseeing three key lines of business since May 2025. In addition, Glen works as an urgent care pediatrician for PediaTrust LLC and holds a position on the Board of Trustees for Kids Above All. Previously, Glen was the Vice President of Clinical Programs at Teladoc Health, where responsibilities included collaborating with major health plans and employers to implement population health strategies and enhance clinical outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Market Access and Medical Strategy at EVERSANA, Medical Director of Medical Affairs at CVS Health, and a pediatrician at multiple healthcare facilities, including The South Bend Clinic and Borgess Health. Glen holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School.
