Atharv Kolhar is a seasoned software test engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Software Test Engineering Lead at Aeva since May 2021. Achievements include obtaining ASPICE Level 2 for Software Test Processes and developing a modular Test framework in Pytest for embedded firmware validation. Previous roles include senior embedded software development engineer in test at Lucid Motors and automotive SW test and validation engineer at NIO, focusing on test execution and defect detection for Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Atharv holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
