Jason Ferns

Jason Ferns currently works in Product Strategy at Aeva since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jason Ferns spent six years at Seyond, focusing on LiDAR for autonomous vehicles and intelligent systems. From 2016 to 2018, Jason Ferns served as Engineering Director at KLA, leading a team of 15 in the development of metrology technology for in-situ control of etch profiles. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Engineering Manager at Tokyo Electron US, where Jason Ferns developed precision optical instruments to enhance semiconductor manufacturing processes, and as Etch Process Engineer at NEC Electronics from 1996 to 2001. Jason Ferns holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
