Kamil Vondrák

Project Delivery Manager at AEVI

Kamil Vondrák has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kamil began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Product Brand Manager, where they managed and marketed half of Ford's fleet of vehicles in the Czech market. Kamil then moved on to Telefonica O2 as a Senior Product Manager, where they managed internal projects, designed solutions, and executed marketing plans. Following that, they joined HP as a Project Program Manager, where they handled complex project lifecycle management, including sales, delivery, and support. Kamil also prepared and submitted competitive bids for public tenders. Kamil then worked as a Project Manager at Národní agentura pro komunikační a informační technologie, s.p., responsible for managing projects within the organization. Kamil then joined BNP Paribas Personal Finance as a Project Manager, where they were accountable for the success of assigned projects within the Strategic Projects Unit. Currently, Kamil is working at AEVI - DO MORE as a Project Delivery Manager, overseeing a complex and international project involving sophisticated payment solutions in multiple EU countries. Kamil manages the complete project lifecycle, from bids preparation to operations, ensuring compliance with legislative and security requirements. Throughout their career, Kamil has demonstrated strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Kamil Vondrák received their Engineer's degree in Economy, Management, and Technology from the Czech Technical University in Prague, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Agile Project Management and Agile Delivery from Udemy Academy in May 2020, Change Management from MBK Consulting in May 2015, Foundation Certificate ITIL V3 from PC-DIR Real in November 2014, Rapid Assessment & Recovery of Troubled Projects from ESI INTERNATIONAL in November 2011, PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER from APM GROUP in December 2009, Scheduling and Cost Control from The George Washington University in June 2008, ITIL Certificate from the Examination Institute for Information Science in November 2007, and Risk Management from The George Washington University in January 2007.
