Nella Líčko

Nella Líčko's work experience begins in 2009 as a Social Worker at Mč PRAHA 9, where they worked until 2015. Nella then worked as a Social Pedagogue at Elementary school U Santošky from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2015, Nella worked at People in Need as an Internship Coordinator for political activists. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. until 2017. In 2018, they joined proFem o.p.s. as a Project Coordinator until 2019. From 2019 to 2019, Nella worked as a Project Coordinator at Diaconia ECCB - Center of Relief and Development / Středisko humanitární a rozvojové spolupráce. In 2019, they also took on the role of a Project Manager at Elementary school Trávníčkova, where they worked until 2022. From 2021 to 2022, Nella worked as a Project Manager at ROZKOŠ bez RIZIKA, z.s. Most recently, they have been working at Aevi since 2022 first as a Talent Acquisition and People Advisor CZ DE and currently as a Talent Acquisition and People Specialist CZ DE.

Nella Líčko pursued their education at Charles University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy. Following this, they attended the Husitská teologická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy v Praze from 2012 to 2015, completing their Master's degree in Social Work.
