April Behtash is an Energetic Professional and Vice President with over 12 years of experience and success in business process improvement, human resources, customer relationship management, financial analysis, and strategic planning across business consulting and services, e-learning providers, software development, government administration, financial services, and cloud tech industries. She is a learner for life, an independent thinker with a great passion for her career, and a strong advocate of diversity in the workplace. Along with her professional career, April serves on the Advisory Board for Adair at Ballantyne Homeowners Association.
She has an extensive background in operations management, performance management, risk management, and sales & marketing and is currently the Vice President, of Talent Management Services for Aeyon, where she leads the sales and strategy for the talent management services LOB at Aeyon. She is also responsible for overall P&L as well as managing client relationships and developing future offerings.
In 2020, before working with Aeyon, April was the Managing Director, Sales & Delivery for Marick Group, and during her time, she was responsible for P&L as well as overseeing a team that delivers world-class services to their clients as well as responsible for strategy, sales, and execution of delivery and providing financial oversight and reporting to the CEO.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Behtash served as the Head of Public Sector Field Product Management for Cornerstone OnDemand, where she oversaw product planning and project management of the product lifecycle from concept to release and gathers requirements from customers and prospects, and works with sales leadership to prioritize. She was also the Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems) for the Department of the Interior and which is a workforce of over 70,000 strong serving across 11 Bureaus/Offices and over 2,400 operating locations to fulfill one mission.
April earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Regis University. She also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her hard work and perseverance led her to become a Full-Suite (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Succession, Compensation) Certified from Cornerstone OnDemand.
