Amy Tamez

Amy Tamez has extensive experience in IT and operations management, having served in various roles at AF Group from June 2016 to December 2021, including Director of IT Service Delivery and IT Project Manager. Key accomplishments include overseeing a large-scale phone system update and collaborating with vendors to achieve implementation goals. Prior to AF Group, Amy worked at Jackson from January 2000 to August 2015, where responsibilities included coaching teams in licensing, policy, and commissions, as well as providing strategic recommendations as a subject matter expert in licensing and commission processes. Currently, Amy is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Northwood University, where studies began in January 2019.
