Greg Bermon has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Greg started their career at SolomonEdwardsGroup as an IT HelpDesk from June 2007 to January 2011. During this role, they provided support on various Windows platforms, imaged machines, troubleshooted hardware, and maintained parts of the network.
In 2011, Greg joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia as an Office Automated Support Co-Op for a few months.
Since 2012, Greg has been working at Bentley Systems. Greg started as a Cross Platform Tools Technician from June 2012 to October 2014. Greg then served as an IT Service Owner from October 2014 to April 2016. In April 2016, they transitioned to the role of Global Asset and Configuration Manager, which lasted until May 2019. From October 2018 to August 2023, Greg held the position of Senior Manager, Global Service Delivery. Currently, they hold the role of Director, IT Global Service Delivery, which they started in August 2023.
Greg Bermon attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Sciences and Technology. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Penn State Great Valley and studied Project Management. Additionally, Greg has obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) from the Management & Strategy Institute, Six Sigma Black Belt from Penn State Great Valley, and ITIL Foundation V4 from PeopleCert. Greg also holds certifications in Leadership Development, Logistics & Operations Management, and Apple Certified Associate, among others. In July 2023, they obtained the ITIL 4 ® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
