Lupe Rangel

Lupe Rangel has extensive experience at AF Group, starting in May 1994 and currently serving as Custodian of Corporate Records in the Office of the General Counsel since January 2016. In this role, Lupe manages the life-cycle of corporate records and ensures compliance with legal requirements while developing governance frameworks. In addition, Lupe has contributed to the Diversity & Inclusion Committee as Chair and Co-Chair, facilitating programs and mentoring employees. As a Data Governance Program Manager, Lupe establishes data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and support strategic departmental needs. Lupe holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Intelligence from Baker College, an Associate's certification in Contract Administration from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix.
