Erik Hoang Nguyen

Erik Hoang Nguyen has extensive experience in the IT and customer service sectors. Currently, Erik is employed at AF Gruppen as an Applikasjonsansvarlig and IT-konsulent since January 2018. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a Technical Advisor at Webhelp Nordic from March 2017 to January 2018, providing first-class telephone support to private customers in Norway and the United Kingdom. Earlier positions include time at ASKO NORGE AS and Nille AS / Per Aarskog AS, where Erik was involved in various tasks such as logistics and customer service. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and IT Management from the University of South-Eastern Norway, completed in 2016, and a prior Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution, finished in 2015. Education began at Sola Videregående Skole, where Erik completed studies from 2008 to 2011.
