Nikolina Nikolova

Nikolina Nikolova has an extensive background in human resources and management, with experience in various companies ranging from Allianz Bulgaria to Sun Spree Travel Partner. Nikolina holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of National and World Economy, where Nikolina also completed their MBA and Bachelor's degree. Additionally, Nikolina has a background in Spanish Language and Literature from Instituto bilingüe "Miguel de Cervantes". Nikolina currently serves as the ICF Bulgaria Chapter President while also holding the position of Head of People and Culture at BDO AFA OOD. Their career trajectory includes roles such as Human Resources Manager, Chief Human Resources Expert, and Director of Communications.
