Emma Schwebel

Emma Schwebel, a Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (CPHR), currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at the McGrath Foundation, where responsibilities include building relationships across the team and providing support during challenging times such as COVID-19 and the 2019 bushfires. Prior to this role, Emma accumulated significant experience at Genworth Australia (now Helia) over a six-year period, progressing from Human Resources Intern to Human Resources Business Partner, where contributions included launching a leadership development program, managing recruitment and onboarding, and creating an internship program that earned a prestigious employee award. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Marketing from Macquarie University and has a strong foundation in customer service from various roles earlier in the career.
