Fredrik Zander

Fredrik Zander is an experienced Agile Coach with a career spanning over a decade, specializing in driving agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at Afa Försäkring since August 2025, Fredrik has also held roles at Citerus AB, SVT, H&M, and ICA Gruppen, providing consultancy and mentorship to enhance organizational effectiveness and team agility. Notable contributions include coaching multiple teams at H&M during a transformation of Business Tech, supporting a key value stream at SVT, and mentoring leaders at Ekonomistyrningsverket and AMF. Earlier experience includes a significant role at SEB in the Centre of Excellence for Agile, where Fredrik led agile initiatives and training, ensuring substantial delivery improvements.
