Mia Ernlund

Mia Ernlund has extensive experience in HR and IT, currently serving as an HR-IT coordinator at AFA Försäkring since April 2016. Previously, Mia worked as an Application Consultant for Strategic HR at Aditro AB, where responsibilities included planning and implementing strategic HR applications in the Aditro Suite. Earlier roles include managing the service department as Apple Service Manager and Apple Service and Support Manager at Macoteket AB, overseeing multiple service technicians. Mia began a career in technical support and consulting at Data Distribution AB and Owell AB, gaining hands-on experience in hardware and software testing. Mia holds a philosophy candidate degree in psychology from Stockholm University and a Gymnasieingenjör degree with a focus on machinery from Thorildsplans Gymnasium.
