Melania Ana

Melania Ana is a Junior IT Recruiter and HR Specialist at SCHWARZ IT ROMANIA, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment for specialized IT roles, including software engineers and cloud engineers. Previously, Melania worked as a freelancer at Appen, where relevance of social media content was evaluated for a major platform. As a Research Intern at A.D.P.S.E. Catalactica, participation in focus groups addressing domestic violence and gender discrimination, along with transcribing interviews for data analysis, was undertaken. Melania holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology Human Resources and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology of Consumption and Marketing at the University of Bucharest.
