Jim has held various leadership positions in organizations such as AFC Bournemouth, Tampa Bay Lightning, Vegas Golden Knights, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Ultimate Fighting Championship, Lincoln Financial Media, Cleveland Browns, University of Miami, Miami Dolphins Radio Network, and Miami Dolphins & Sun Life Stadium. Throughout their career, they have successfully secured significant partnerships, developed sales strategies, and achieved substantial revenue growth. Their accomplishments include selling the first-ever sports betting partnership in US professional team sports and exceeding sales budgets in various roles.
