Deb Wellman

Deb Wellman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Deb joined Fruehauf Trailer Corporation in 1981 as a Plant Accountant, where they held various accounting positions and eventually took responsibility for directing and coordinating the work of the accounting department. In 1992, they became a Plant Manager at ITW Industrial Fastening and ITW Paslode, where they provided leadership and worked with sales and marketing teams to meet customer needs. Wellman then worked at Roquette as a Group Manager - Purchasing, leading a portion of the Industrial Purchasing Team. In 2010, they joined The Boulder Company as the Branch Manager and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer, leading IT, HR, and financial responsibilities for all branches. In 2019, AFC Industries purchased The Boulder Company, and Wellman's role was realigned to the company standards as the Director of Finance and Operations. Currently, they are also a member of Financial Executives International.

Deb Wellman attended Iowa Wesleyan College from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
