Shannon Mills

Shannon Mills is an accomplished financial and operational leader with extensive experience in program administration and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at PATH since September 2017, Shannon oversees various financial and operational aspects within the organization. Prior roles include Director of Finance and Administration and Senior Finance and Administration Manager at RHSC, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and donor relationship management. Prior to RHSC, Shannon managed a global travel sabbatical project involving complex logistics and finance across multiple continents. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Program Administrator at PATH and Director of the Cascade Center at the Evans School of Public Affairs, where Shannon developed and managed budgets for executive education programs. Shannon holds dual Master's Degrees in International/Global Studies and Public Administration from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy from The Evergreen State College.
