Richard Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.
Richard started their career in 1995 as a Production Manager at Falcon Door & Window Inc, where they managed production scheduling and oversaw operations until 1999.
From 1999 to 2003, they served as the National Sales Manager at Falcon Door and Window, where they expanded the distribution network and developed a line of solid core storm doors.
In 2004, they worked as an Account Manager at Capital Logistics, managing sales opportunities in telephony products distribution.
From 2005 to 2007, they served as the National Accounts Manager at AFCO Industries, managing sales accounts while also overseeing a sales territory for the AFCO Columns and Railings brand.
In 2007, they joined IPD/Lakeside Metals as an Account Manager, where they managed project business and oversaw a major product line relocation.
Richard returned to AFCO Industries in 2008 as the Regional Sales Manager for the AFCO Columns and Railings brand, responsible for sales activities and product management. Richard was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2015, and later became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2017. In these roles, they hired, managed, and motivated various team members and oversaw marketing incentives and collateral materials development.
