Jannette Conrad

Jannette Conrad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and transformation at VMI since 1999. As Vice President of Transformation, Jannette has developed and managed comprehensive organizational change management strategies, collaborating with key business leaders and project teams. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales Operations, where Jannette drove business growth through Lean methodologies, and Executive Director of Sales Operations, where Jannette launched critical departments and established sustainable processes. Jannette started their career at VMI in Inside Sales, managing dealer experiences and optimizing B2B processes. Additionally, Jannette served on the Board of Directors for ADED, advocating for professionals in driver education. Jannette holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and a BS in Psychology and Biology Premedicine from the University of Iowa.
