Caroline Pierron

Caroline Pierron is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since March 2016, Caroline has worked at AFEJI as a clinical psychologist in the Unité d'Accompagnement et de Soutien and has held positions in multiple EHPADs. Currently, Caroline serves as a psychologist at PRO BTP Groupe, mainly at Résidence Pont Bertin, and has experience with ORPEA - CLINEA. Caroline's background includes clinical roles in palliative care at the CH de Douai and various internships in psychological assessment. Caroline earned a Master 2 in Clinical and Social Health Psychology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2015 and has pursued additional training in communication and change strategies.
