David Faitelson

David Faitelson serves as the Head of the Software Engineering School and a Senior Lecturer at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering since October 2011. Additionally, David holds the position of Scientific Advisor at Make My Day since August 2019, providing expertise in sophisticated algorithms for platform development. Previous roles include Cofounder and CTO of The Dot Com Chase (2009-2012) and Founder and CEO of ProActive Modeling (2008-2012), a company specializing in high-quality software development. Academically, David has lectured at Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and contributed to organizing World Usability Day in Israel. David's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford, along with a Master of Design in Design and Visual Communications from Holon Institute of Technology.
