Ricardo Ledezma began their work experience as the Corporate Compliance Manager at Credit Human in July 2005. Ricardo held this position until January 2020, when they transitioned to the role of Treasury Manager. In June 2022, they were promoted to Director of Sustainable Home Lending before leaving the company in September 2022. Currently, Ledezma holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at AFFCU, starting in September 2022.
Ricardo Ledezma obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Texas A&M International University, completing their education from 2000 to 2004. Ricardo then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business from 2018 to 2020. In 2016, Ricardo was involved in studying Systems Dynamics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification called CBA Executive Banking School from the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School in August 2023.
