Alexandra Girardi has a diverse work experience. Alexandra began their career in 2014 as a Toll Booth Worker for the Town of Oyster Bay Parks Department. In 2015, they worked as a Clerk for the Nassau County Board of Elections. From 2016 to 2017, they held internships with Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling, Family and Children's Association, and Midtown Community Elementary School. Alexandra then worked as a School Counselor Intern for Middletown Village in 2017. In 2018, they were a Social Work Intern for the NYC Department of Education. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as a Social Worker for Martin De Porres Elementary/JHS, Rocky Point Girls Soccer Coach and Coach for Rocky Point High School, and finally Manager, People and Performance for Afficiency.

Alexandra Girardi attended Syosset High School from 2009 to 2013. Alexandra then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Double Major in Psychology and Social Services from Monmouth University between 2013 and 2018. In 2018, Alexandra began their Master's degree at NYU Silver School of Social Work and obtained their Licensed Master Social Worker certification from New York State in September 2019.
