Michelle Merrow

Michelle Merrow has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and product delivery. Michelle has held roles at Afficiency since 2021, including PMO Director and PMO Manager. In 2021, they also joined Insurance Technologies as a Senior Project Manager and SPARK, IPS as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for compiling training documentation for a customer relationship management system conversion. In 2019, Merrow joined Nassau Financial Group as Director of Product Delivery, where they were responsible for product projects spanning multiple lines of business. Additionally, they held the role of Product Delivery Manager at TEKsystems in 2019. In 2018, Merrow worked as a Project Manager at MassMutual via Albano Systems, overseeing life new business for Direct-to-Consumer distribution channel. Michelle began their career in 2005 at MetLife, where they held the roles of Manager of Business Procedures and PMO and Project Manager. In their roles at MetLife, Merrow acted as a liaison between sales and underwriting, issued new business policies to customers, and headed a multi-million-dollar product launch.

Michelle Merrow has a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and an MSIT in Project Management from Capella University. Michelle also holds several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including SAFe PO/PM (October 2017), SAFe for Teams (September 2017), and SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master (November 2017).
