John Daley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career as a Research Librarian at Computer Intelligence in 1986 and worked there until 1997. After that, they joined PersonaLogic and served as a QA Engineer until 2001 when the company was acquired by America Online.
In 2003, John joined Mitchell1 as a Technical Librarian, responsible for managing an automobile information library dating back to 1915. John worked there until 2010.
From 2012 to 2018, John worked at HG Data as a Research Librarian, where they developed and maintained a market-ready database of over 10,000 products. John also collaborated with the Sales team to provide competitive intelligence and sales leads.
Most recently, John has been employed at Alert Communications since 2019. John started as a Call Center Specialist and later transitioned into the role of an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, John is responsible for maintaining strategic law firm accounts and providing comprehensive customer service to clients. John also communicates with various departments within the organization to address client needs and requests.
