Nancy Vallejo has a diverse work experience in the call center and customer service industry. Nancy started their career in 1996 at AB Answering Service as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, where they handled urgent calls, connected and transferred calls, and took messages for various industries. Nancy then joined Alert Communications in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative and managed a high volume of calls with varying protocols while also training new CSR's. Nancy later progressed to become an Account Manager/Programmer, managing daily accounts and assisting clients, and played a key role in expanding the company's services. In 2012, Nancy became a Senior National Sales Executive at Alert Communications, where they closely listened to clients' needs and customized call solutions to increase client success. Currently, Nancy holds the position of Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Alert Communications, starting in June 2021.
