Marianne Ketterhagen has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and responsibilities. Marianne started their career at Alexian Brothers Health System in 2005 as a Patient Care Technician, where they gained experience in patient care. In 2009, they joined Affiliated Dermatology and held various positions, including Front Office Receptionist, Patient Care Coordinator, and Credentialing Administrator. However, it was in 2016 when Marianne discovered their passion for Human Resources and became the Human Resources Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Affiliated Dermatology, overseeing the People & Development Team and providing strategic guidance and leadership in human resources functions.
Marianne Ketterhagen's education history begins in 2015 when they attended Phoenix College and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Marianne continued their studies at Phoenix College and earned an Associate of Science in Business Management in 2019. During the same period, they also received a Certificate in Business Management from Phoenix College.
In 2019, Marianne enrolled at Grand Canyon University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Marianne completed this program in 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Marianne has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Marianne also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in August 2021.
Marianne has further expanded their skills and knowledge through various certifications. Marianne obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In January 2022, they completed the Employer Branding and Certified Learning and Development Specialist certifications from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Marianne also obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in May 2022. Additionally, Marianne acquired a Six Sigma Black Belt in HR from the Management & Strategy Institute in December 2021.
