West Ballard currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Supplier Relations at Affiliated Distributors, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, West held significant roles at Hubbell Incorporated from November 2019 to June 2025, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Director of Strategic Accounts, focusing on National Accounts within the Rockwell Automation and Affiliated Distributors distribution channel. West's experience also includes management positions at BURNDY LLC, Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business, nVent Hoffman, and Panduit, overseeing various regions and teams while driving sales and strategic initiatives. West earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from East Texas A&M University between 1993 and 1997.
