Don Hagen

Don Hagen has over two decades of experience in roles encompassing business development, strategy consulting, and program development. Don has held key positions in companies such as Affiliated Engineers, Inc., FST Technical Services, and AECOM, where they developed and implemented business strategies, led client teams, and managed relationships at corporate and project management levels. Their expertise lies in supporting the growth of industries like renewable energy, semiconductor/microelectronics, and life sciences by providing innovative solutions for complex needs.

Don Hagen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington in 1994. Don then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1998 to 2000. Lastly, they completed a Certificate in Leadership and Innovation in Organizational Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009.
