Jim Sokol

Jim Sokol has over 35 years of experience in engineering and project management, ranging from master planning, conceptual design, and cost estimates, through construction document development, scheduling, and construction supervision. An accomplished project leader, Jim has developed innovative communication tools and techniques to help building owners and decision makers understand complex technical aspects of building design, modern energy use, and sustainability.

Jim has led projects for clients in the healthcare, infrastructure, mixed-use, and research markets, including prominent projects for Amgen, Inc., Seattle Children’s Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Providence-Swedish Health Alliance, University of California Berkeley, Oregon Health & Science University, Oregon State University, and Dendreon Corporation.
