Mark Pezold

Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Affiliated Monitoring

Mark Pezold has a strong legal background starting from their role as a Summer Intern at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau in 2008. Mark then worked as a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 2009. In 2010, they served as an Intern to the Hon. Scott L. Kafker at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Mark later joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates as an Associate in 2011.

In 2015, Mark Pezold transitioned to the security industry, first joining Affiliated Monitoring as a Senior Vice President & General Counsel and then moving to DGA Security in the same role. At DGA Security, they also held a position as Corporate Counsel. It is worth noting that they continue to hold these roles at both companies, as no end dates are provided for their positions at Affiliated Monitoring and DGA Security.

Mark Pezold attended Xaverian Brothers High School. After completing high school, they went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in American Studies, from Fairfield University. Following their undergraduate studies, Mark pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at Boston College Law School.
