Kheong Choon Kok

Kheong Choon Kok has extensive work experience in the field of technology and business development. Kheong Choon is currently serving as the Head of Digital and Partnership at Affin Hwang Investment Bank since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Business Technology at the same company from May 2018 to March 2022. Their responsibilities included strategic IT planning, managing digitalization teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Before joining Affin Hwang Investment Bank, Kheong Choon Kok worked as a Business Development Manager at Br8tru Sdn Bhd from July 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they provided IT consulting services to financial services companies, identified market opportunities, and prepared project proposals to tender projects.

In addition, they co-founded Digital Kidsnovator Sdn. Bhd. in December 2014 with the aim of promoting creative programming for children in Malaysia.

Kheong Choon also served as a System Analyst and Business Analyst in the same company from January 2008 to May 2012, where they proposed solutions to optimize company processes.

Earlier in their career, Kheong Choon Kok worked as an eTools Developer at Entellium Technologies Sdn. Bhd. from October 2005 to December 2007 and a Programmer at IITC Sdn Bhd, where they designed and managed the development of a Training Management System.

Kheong Choon Kok obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completing the program from 2000 to 2004.
