Tom Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tom started their career in sales and sales management at NCR Corporation from 1987 to 1998. Tom then moved on to KPMG as a Practice Leader and Senior Manager, where they were responsible for strategic account planning, business development, and managing delivery projects and resources in the Public Sector and Education practice.

After their time at KPMG, Tom joined Blackboard as the Vice President and General Manager of Blackboard Consulting. In this role, they led the North American professional services organization, supporting over 15,000 clients across various sectors. Tom also served as the Vice President and General Manager of Blackboard Global Consulting, overseeing professional services go-to-market strategy and client delivery in multiple international regions.

Tom later joined Puppy Tubs, Inc as the Owner of a luxury pet resort. During their tenure, they implemented modernization changes, such as CRM software systems, rebranding, and marketing strategies, which resulted in a 97% increase in sales and margin improvements. The company was eventually acquired by a private equity-backed firm.

Following their time at Puppy Tubs, Inc, Tom joined Transact Campus as the Vice President of Professional Services. Tom led the professional services team, restructuring them as an independent services organization and establishing key performance metrics. Tom also developed delivery partner relationships with domestic and international partners.

Next, Tom served as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Destination Pet, LLC. Here, they created the Learning and Development organization, implementing a corporate Learning Management System and developing content for skills and certification across the company. Tom also created a corporate compliance training program to meet state and federal guidelines.

Currently, Tom is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Affinaquest. Tom leads the Professional Services team, implementing Salesforce-based CRM solutions and developing System Integrator training and certification curriculum to empower organizations in boosting revenue, enhancing engagement, and driving operational efficiencies through data.
