Navin Patel

Navin Patel is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in managing recruitment operations and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global TA Head at Affine since April 2021, Navin is responsible for end-to-end hiring in advanced IT skills and technologies. Previously, Navin held the position of Global TA Ops. Head at Mindtree, overseeing global recruitment processes for substantial hiring volumes, and led talent acquisition efforts at Brillio and Accenture, where responsibilities included strategic staffing and collaboration with business heads. Earlier career experience includes roles at First Advantage and Puravankara Limited. Navin holds an MBA from INDUS Business Academy and a Bachelor of Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore.
