Theresa Cochran

Theresa Cochran has a significant amount of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Theresa started their career as an Employee Relations Manager at Service Merchandise in 1993. From there, they went on to work as a Director of HR at Universal Lighting Technologies and MagneTek, where they stayed until 2004. In the same year, they joined Affinion Group as a Director of Human Resources, and later became a Senior Director of Human Resources.

Theresa Cochran obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Vocational Technical Education from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1988 and 1992. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education at Father Ryan High School, receiving a General High School Diploma from 1978 to 1981.
