Mara Mindell

Mara Mindell, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the AffiniLIFE Program Manager at AffiniPay, having joined the company in June 2020, and has held various roles including Manager of People & Diversity and Senior People Resources Specialist. Prior to AffiniPay, Mara worked at The Magellan International School from August 2015 to June 2020 as an HR Specialist/HR Manager, overseeing payroll processes and implementing a streamlined payroll and benefits system. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Interim Operations Coordinator, where project management of campus installations was key. Mara's career began at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, where responsibilities included administrative support for a large law office, and from July 2002 to June 2004, Mara taught 2nd grade at Abbott Elementary School as part of Teach for America's national corps. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Knox College and training at the William Esper Studio.
