Tim Martin

Tim Martin is an accomplished engineering leader with over a decade of experience at Affinitiv, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Tim oversees engineering teams, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing, coaching, and mentoring staff, as well as driving initiatives such as cloud migration to Azure. Prior to Affinitiv, Tim held various positions at United Airlines, Shell Trading Gas and Power, and Petris Technology, where expertise in software development and systems management was demonstrated. Tim holds a degree from The University of Kansas.
