Sean Parker

Sean Davis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment efforts across various domains, including Research and Development (R&D), Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC), Clinical Operations, and General and Administrative (G&A) functions. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Affini-T Therapeutics since June 2023, Sean has previously held similar roles at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, and Repertoire Immune Medicines, where responsibilities included spearheading talent acquisition initiatives for Technical Operations and supporting multiple departments. Sean's career began at Aerotek as a Senior Scientific Recruiter and Technical Recruiter. An alumnus of the University of New Hampshire's Peter T.
