Rehman Esmail

Rehman Esmail has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rehman currently holds the position of Director of Recruitment at Affinity, where they manage a team of 23 recruiters and is responsible for the recruitment strategy and growth of the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Recruiting Manager at Affinity and played a key role in developing a unique approach to recruiting based on transparency, flexibility, efficiency, and agility.

Before joining Affinity, Rehman worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Recruiter in Global Talent Acquisition. Rehman led the recruitment efforts for various departments and franchises, including Artworks, Audioworks, EA Studios Technology, and the NHL and UFC franchises. During their time at EA, they contributed to the hiring of over 200 employees, facilitating the organization's growth and success in developing top-rated games.

Rehman started their career at TEKsystems, where they held multiple roles, including Account Recruiting Manager and Professional Technical Recruiter. In these positions, they managed the recruitment process for various clients and industries, including ICBC, SAP, Worksafe BC, EA, Best Buy, lululemon, and more. Rehman also played a role in mentoring and training new hires within the organization.

Before their tenure at TEKsystems, Rehman gained sales experience as a Sales Representative at Pepsi Bottling Group.

Rehman Esmail began their education at North Carolina State University in 2002. Rehman pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. After a year, they transferred to The University of Texas-Pan American, where they completed their degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Rehman attended The University of Texas-Pan American from 2003 to 2006.
