Clay Guillaume

Clay Guillaume, PHR has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Clay is currently serving as the Director of Minority Recruitment and Retention at Fayette County Public Schools (KY), where they focus on attracting and retaining qualified minority applicants. Clay also oversees the development and implementation of minority business enterprise goals.

Prior to their current role, Clay worked as a Recruitment and Retention Specialist at Fayette County Public Schools.

Before that, Clay gained significant experience as a Center Operations Director at Concentra, where they successfully managed multisite operations and was accountable for the practice's P&L. Clay also demonstrated strong leadership in team-building, safety, and quality care.

Clay also held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Bluegrass Property Preservation, where they provided consultation and sales services to asset management firms, realtors, and REO banks. During their tenure, Clay managed staffing efficiencies and executed projects with various contractors and maintenance crews.

Clay's earlier experience includes roles such as Branch Manager at Staffmark, Business Unit Manager at Chase, and Case Manager/Job Developer at the Urban League of Broward County.

Throughout their career, Clay has showcased their expertise in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and policy/procedure administration.

Clay Guillaume, PHR, has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Eastern University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Clay also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, Clay has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in September 2022.
