Cadence Iresare serves as the Talent & Culture Manager at AFFINITY Group, starting in July 2024, after holding the position of Talent Manager at DDB Group Australia from June 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at 4Twenty Consulting, where specialization focused on Technology, Product, and Design, and as a Candidate Manager, concentrating on Product, UX/UI, Service, Experience, and Human-Centred Design. Additionally, Cadence contributed as a Co-Organiser and Delivery Consultant for Tech Talks Australia and as a Recruitment Consultant at Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners, specializing in Architecture and Interior Design. Cadence's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design (Illustration) and a Certificate IV in Design Foundations from TAFE NSW, along with ongoing studies in a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Monash University since February 2011.
