Jodi Johnston

Jodi Johnston is an experienced financial services manager with a strong background in client care and team leadership. Since July 2014, Jodi has served as the Manager of Financial Services and Advice Centre Team Lead at Affinity Credit Union. Prior to this, Jodi worked at RBC from September 1999 to March 2013 as Manager of Client Care, overseeing a team of 10 direct reports, part-time, and casual staff. Responsibilities included client loyalty coaching, staff assessments, and payroll management, demonstrating a commitment to both employee development and high client satisfaction. Jodi completed education at Kamloops Senior Secondary and M.A. Riffel.
